Ports Department specializes in design and management of water transport projects. It makes marketing research, engineering study of climate, navigation and soil conditions, assigns and supervises the activities and procedures related to environmental protection, develops technology of the production, port services, technology assumptions for selection of primary and secondary technical machinery and equipment design, detailed projects for execution of the construction works, establishing unit prices for determining the projects budgets. Designs and supervises complex objects and parts of maritime and river transport.
