Main objective of the management and employees of TRANSPROEKT EAD is to meet the customer requirements, to implement their activities with high quality, as each opinion and proposal concerning the projects in progress, is thoroughly reviewed and discussed.
Employee Development
Company’s employees participate in qualification upgrades, seminars and professional development meetings, presentations, etc., to exchange information on the activities and future plans of companies with similar activities, governmental and non-governmental institutions, etc.
Social policy
In terms of social policy – the company provides free travel cards for all lines to its staff; in some cases bear costs of treatment and medicaments for employees in need; provides hot drinks and mineral water.
Charity
TRANSPROEKT EAD traditionally supports Unicef Bulgaria, SOS Children’s Villages, ABC Technika, National Fund “Sv. Nicola”, etc., as well as sick and disabled people who need financial support.
